Game Help / Wheres the Export file?

Ok so i was gonna start rping with a group that had a map. So they gave me the link downloaded it ect. but when i downloaded it i didnt know where to put it. I asked them and they said in the export file... I dont have that. They said it was next to models but all i have is Media> Materials,Models,Music,Overlays,Particals,Sky,Sounds,Terrains and Textures... I dont know whether im looking in the wrong place (In the media files)? I go into these files like this
Right click FH>Shortcuts>Find Target>Media> then there all there except Exports...

please help!

woohoo iv gotten use to using the height maps and terrain changing tool. i also added rain so i made an island please tell me what chu think :)

btw if anyone knows how to download new items and where to put them please tell me thta would be greats ;3

hey i know I'm a little late posting this but...

i'm kayo (real name is Abby i don't really like it but there yah go)
age: *taps nose* ;)
gender: female
normal mood: I'm mostly always cheerful and happy to help if i can
likes: ...Fh is a start lol, typing stories, chatting and just fun games i guess :D
dislikes: sorry to all you spider lovers but they give me the shakes, um i guess i like a lot things so there's not much to put here... oh ya! and the occasional bark from my dog at 3am (although its cute it gets weird after the twenty seventh woof D:)
