No there not special letters they are russian letters and when i try to talk in russian all it dose is be blank and space thats all

Hun, that means that the game can't read Russian characters and will only put a space.
It doesn't recognize the characters that the Russian language uses.

Cut off by Gem, but that's basically what I was trying to say. I just didn't know what to call the russian letters. And there have been cases where people can't use comma's and such, but others can, this might be a bit like that maybe?

Yes becuase some russians when they tryed to talk to me and i tryed back, when i once said i speak english they said i speak russian
