I cant play

When i log in and choose a character it goes to my desktop and says "Error Feralheart has stopped working" or something. I dont know why its doing that and how to fix it. Does anyone know the solution to this problem????

Uninstall and install it again how Rimfrost said, If it didnt worked let me know in a thread on this page.

well i made some new characters and they work i think its just a few of the old characters

I downloaded FasterHeart and now i cant use any of my characters and i really dont want to re-install the game with the maps im doing. I cant find the un-installer for the Fasterheart on the divine art website thing so i cant un-install it. If anyone could give me a link that goes directly to the download that would be great, or if they knew the answer to the problem id still be grateful and happy.
