Why not have a button at the character selection screen that puts your character back on Bonefire Island? Just for those times when you've fond you cant log in to a specific character becaue of the game crashing, or the current map being bugged in some way. Think about this as a not-in-game "teleport home" or "go home" button. I would bet my bottom dollar that every person who has played this game has experienced this issue or one like it at least once. Even if this is not the case it would greatly help those who have come across this misfortune and would allow them to not have to make an identical character (very tedious) and to not write another bio.
