now i just can't play at all

i do have suspicions that it is just windows but it does not seem like it. it just is not letting me play

Can you give a better description of what's going on? If it's just failing to connect to the server, are you sure you're logged into the Play Game tab? It has to be running in the background in order to be able to connect to the game server.

it says feralheart.exe has stopped working. i made sure the log in tab was fine and it was. i got through the first few screens but then it just stopped

Have you installed anything lately like items, markings, mods, or maps?

no, the most recent thing i downloaded was feral heart

Go into you FeralHeart folder, then media>particles and see if there is anything ending in _0 or _1. If there is, delete those and try again.

You should also try changing your rendering system to either OpenGL or Direct3D9. If that doesn't work, run the application as administrator.
