I feel stupid.. But, how do I use other peoples presets?

I downloaded someone's preset {It's was a .fhp file}, put it in the "presets" folder, and went to the preset maker in FH, but, what do I do now {Or, what do I have to do differently}?

I've explained this before and I'll do it again:
.fhp files are for VIEWING ONLY. These only give you the ability to see the preset ingame when the user is using it. Not busing it for yourself. To use it for yourself, you have to have the individual preset textures and coding for it.

Now, if the person is giving the preset out for people to have themselves, then you must tell that person that they need to send you the textures
