log in error in game

Hi Everyone. So I just downloaded this game again, after so long.
I managed to log in my username on the site, however when I log in to the game, I can't go in? it mentioned connect server error something like that. Can anyone please advise how to solve this?

Make sure you're logged into the Play Game Tab in your browser in the background so you can connect to the game.

Additionally, once you login to the play game tab, give it around 30 seconds to 2 minutes before opening your game!
