D'aaww, thanks to everyone who replied to this topic! I'm glad that you all were actually able to make sense of my ramblings, haha. Well, I s'pose it's only fair that I share my own thoughts on it. As many of you have said, I think it's a little of both for me. While it's a completely different world from the realm of reality (y'know, with everyone walking/flying around as wolves and lions and dragons 'n' such), but in some ways it's an extension of my reality. While I'm still me under whatever furry guise I'm wearing, it feels like a different me, a me that is more free to be who I want to be (now I feel like Dr. Seuss myself, Jane Doe!) whether it means just chilling out as one of my OC's or roleplaying as a kickbutt warrior she-wolf, I'm being who I want to be. And sometimes, that's a lot better than who I have to be in reality. *proofreads before I click "Post"* Oh great! more ramblings! Exactly what I wanted to happen. Oh well.
