Game Suggestions & Ideas / Quick Item Idea

Just another quick idea. I know the game can't be edited due to Kovu's absence, etc, etc, but I think this could be a nice addition to the item system.

What if we could rotate or move items around our characters? Like, adjusting the angle of a necklace to better fit a canine model, or putting a hat on one's bum for the lols. It wouldn't change the item itself, so the creator has no need to worry about having the item manipulated; it would just affect where it appears on the character.

Other Games / Overwatch?

I love this game. I love it.

Overwatch is a team-based FPS, very similar to TF2, and has a LOT of personality. Very easy learning curve, but amazingly high skill ceiling.
It's about $40, depending on the tax rate, and where you live, but I HIGHLY recommend it.

Anyone else play? You can leave yer Battletag if you'd be interested in playing.

Sorry if there's already something like this, but here's a new game!

How to play:
Just put out a trivia or fact about something! You can put a topic (general or specific) at the end of your post, and the next person would have to give a fact for that category, or just write "free" and let the facts freeform!

Example:
Person 1: <fact>, animals!
Person 2: <animal related fact>, free!
Person 3: <fact>, bears!
And so on.

First topic will be freeform!

Game Discussion / Character Voices?

So.... what do you imagine yer characters' voices t' sound like? High? Low? Raspy? Good singer? Any specific person that they sound like?

Scuttle would have a low mezzo-suprano or contralto voice, with a slight nasal/raspiness t' it. Bullroarer would be like Kevin Michael Richardson, but with more of a medieval way of speakin' and articulation. Tont sounds like Keith David probably, and Yaz's would be akin to Alyn Tudyk. Minos is just a high pitched nasal voice with a really strong accent.

In-Game Roleplay & Group Advertisement / Nahautl Sun

Land of the Nahautl Sun

Deep in the jungles of Latin America, there live three elite civilizations of animals. With no humans to disturb them, they have created great structures and developed elaborate cultures. Three tribes are present in the region: the Iquitos, an isolated and oligarchal group to the southwest; the Tula, the remains of a once great conquering civilization to the north; and the Mictlantecuhtli cult of dangerous cannibals and religious conquerors roaming the trenches of the far east.

The Iquitos
The Iquitos tribe is a militaristic bunch. They believe strongly in ancestor and family veneration; and are deeply loyal to their tribe. However, the powerful military is used for defense of their own borders, though they are known to attack first if they feel insecure.

The Tula
The remains of a once dominating empire, the Tula are still a powerful conquering force. They are loyal to a cause, ascension, and will do anything to accomplish it. However, they are still progressive and seek technologies and culture to assist them.

Mictlantecuhtli Cult
A radical group with few loyalties beyond serving their god. Known to be cannibals, and reckless killers. They can be reasoned with, for the right price, but are feared and untrusted throughout the land. Little else is known about them.

Rules And Other Information
1. No powerplaying, godmodding, mary-sues, manipulation or killing another person's character without consent
2. No OOC drama please. No matter what group or position one is in, we're a family. This also means to respect other members OOC.
3. General FH rules still apply
4. Swearing, IC and OOC is allowed in moderation,but only in private chats or in our private map.
5. This group does contain many mature or sensitive themes, including but not limited to: sacrifices, cannibalism, slavery and general violence. If you ever are overwhelmed by these topics, you are not required to participate and can even step out of the chat/room for a while. No pressure.
6. We'd like to keep an ancient Latin American theme. This means that all character species must be native to South America. You can have ANY species, so long as it is native, including reptiles, aves, and all mammals! We also encourage names to be more tribal sounding, preferably Nahautl, but this is not mandatory.
7. We are semi-realistic, meaning there is no magic or powers, but animals do have culture, complex social structure and have the abilities of simple craftsmanship to construct altars and headsets for leaders, etc. (Animal-Farm level realism I suppose) 7 1/2. Put rawrXD in your application if you read all the rules.
8. Please listen to the RP admins. Though many do not hold high in character positions, they are still in charge of helping the owner (me) to keep order.
9. Have fun and don't be afraid to socialize! Even low ranked members can still have a dramatic impact and have an effect on our plot and OOC family.

We are not limited to FH. We have a Skype group, an in-game group, a forum rp board (eventually) and in the future, possibly on another platform.
RP Admins are TheGhostlyGoat as of now. I'm going to appoint more as we grow.
We WILL be mapped as soon as possible, but for now we will roleplay on Skype, or to the edge of one of the public maps.

Just a quickie rp to warm me up. c:

Plot: The year is 2070. Oil has run out. Technology stopped advancing in the past decade, except for weapons and bombs. Only 15% of the original human population remains after WWIII devastated the earth. Society is left to small refugee camps in the wilderness; and great cities are nothing but nuclear waste lands.

This particular rp takes place in a small refugee camp in the Toronto wilderness.

Do ye all play any MMOs? An MMO is a "Massively Multiplayer Online" game for those who are wonderin'.

I like League of Legends, Maplestory and Overwatch the best. They all have such a variety of playable characters and playstyles, so it appeals to my oddball taste in strategies n' such.
