A simple question.

With all the item packs out there, which one is the one you like the most?

I prefer Thierry's, its .cfg compatible with Ringo & Delay's so there's less of a chance of mis-matched items. :D

So, yeah, title.

I've seen people recently posting in threads that haven't gotten fresh replies, in some cases there haven't been replies in about 1-2 years. In the map section it should be allowed since the downloads are still good, but elsewhere this is really distracting.

Game Help / Loading Problems on Specific Map - (Please, no noob answers!)

So as the title says, I've got a bit of an issue. Normally I'm content to sleep on a matter, but this has been going on for far too long.

I have a map that everyone seems to get stuck on the loading screen. Even me, most recently. Granted, I've got well over 3k+ downloads on the darn thing, but that can't be the problem as plenty of my other maps have over 1k+ downloads and still work fine.

It's only this map.

It loads fine in map maker, there's no errors popping up... I've tried renaming the map and seeing if that helped and it didn't.

So, any ideas or advice? And pleaaaaaase, no noob answers. I've been around the map making block long enough to know all the "server reset" and "keep trying" crapola. This is a persisting problem that happens every time nowadays. If you give me a noob answer I will squish you with a giant cookie. @.@

Ahah, a friend and I were discussing mapmaking and we got into a discussion about what's the most difficult part.

We decided that it was when you had to place, in both our cases, a ton of trees on a large-sized map.

Leaving / Never thought I'd be posting here...

... Even if it's only temporary.

My BRAND NEW laptop's been KO'ed by a faulty motherboard and needs to be sent to the shop to get things replaced. I'll be gone until it gets fixed up and returned to me with (hopefully) all my data intact. Until I return, the group I mediate/run "Crescent Miles" will hopefully be left in the capable hands of some underlings friends and ALL MAP PROJECTS are on hold.

Thanks, guys! Hope to be back soon.
