[ What is it ? ]
Spelunca Incola is a species of cave-dwelling cats. They are somewhat smaller than a Snow Leopard, don't do well in bright light, and are mostly predators. These cats are dark in coloration with any fashion of spots and speckles to help them blend in. They have rounded tails, pointy backwards tipped ears, and long bodies. They are any color of gray, usually darker for safety, but males have been known to show an albino trait. They feed off of fish, insects, rodents, roots, and any other manner of small animals that wander down. The Cave-Dwellers have been known to live up to twenty years, and are pretty resistant to both temperature and parasites. They live in clans (Males + females) or covens (Females alone, or males alone) of up to thirty individuals. It isn't uncommon to see one living alone, though. They seem to mostly live under a Matriarchal system (Females leading).
[Want one? Here are the standards! ]- Males are generally bigger than females, meaning their weight can go higher and such.
- No individual is bigger than the setting of the default sliders, and females are generally smaller than them as a rule.
- Rounded tails are a must.
- Males may sport a mane tuft or half-mane, typically darker than their bodies but not always.
- While all Spelunca Incola are any color of gray, darker grays are more common and they are never black or white (Albino's have no color, are always male, but are not pure white. They are off-white with slightly darker markings and red/pink eyes/nose. You know the drill. ;P )
- Acceptable Markings for a Spelunca Incola:: Cheetah, Cheetah2, Cub Spots, Jaguar (First only), King Cheetah, King Cheetah 2, Leopard (First only), Marble (First only), Ocelot, Snow Leopard, Splatter back, Splatter Socks, Splatter Full, Dalmation, and Hellion. From the side. Again, showing how a pelt should look and how the body shape is. Small muzzle, long, low body with a rounded tail.
Front on. Any color eyes, eye style anything BUT NOT slits. Fluffy cheeks are common in females. Nose and marking color are commonly pretty close in coloration.
