Anyway, love the pic and the idea about short fur. When you where talking about the short fur it gave me the impression of a more tropical version of an Indian cultured animal. (Indian as in India) maybe northern Africa as well..
Interesting. Can I add "Tsidelle" and "Ditatas" to the list of names.
In relation to difference between male and female)
Perhaps decorative horns? I don't mean as in horn shape, but perhaps females have a base colour, and males have markings and patterns all over their horns?
(In relation to defense)
They're omnivores, as I said in the big post, but I do like to think they eat more meat than grassy stuff, more like a dogs version of omnvorous XD So they have their fangs. But they probably have a nasty kick as well, and the males horns would be stronger than the females for little battles where they don't wish to harm each other too much like what would happen if they fought with teth XD But I don't know...
