Tried to log into my very old account (this one) on fh and all of my characters are gone? Did something happen with the update(s)?

From what I heard, after a long period of time of not playing say 1+ years your characters get automatically deleted.

If you've been inactive from the game for a very long time the system with automatically delete all your characters and clear your account, There is no way to recover them and you must remake them
