Game Help / Won't stay connected. And password change

So FeralHeart will not stay logged in. I've checked my internet and firewall protection and they are fine. Then I checked the online login that you have to do. Every time I log onto it about a minute and a half later it logs back off. Am I hacked?  Also I changed my password but I still need my old one to login. Any help with that too??

I downloaded the legendary markings pack but I quite couldn't understand the steps that was on DeviantArt with the file. I just need to know step by step on what to do and where to put it so I can use the markings and see other peoples markings. If you can please help that would be really nice. Thank you.

So I was wondering. Why are the presets in-game are white? I am scared to use presets because I or other players won't be able to see it. How can I fix this? Please help. :-[ :-X :'(
