Account help?

Well, I've come to the realization that on one of my accounts I can't get onto it for the forum. That is my main account and I'm quite confused. I can use it just fine in the game, just not for the forum and such. Any ideas? If a screenshot is needed I am more than happy to supply one.

I don't quite understand the situation. So, basically, you cannot log on the site and go to the forum?
