I really don't know how this happened...

I made a new account today because my other one glitched. I opened the game (Mac) and ran it. When I tryed to log in, it said "Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts is 15 minute ban.)" I didn't even do it 5 times. I did it once. Just once. I checked, everything was correct, so I went on the fourm to look at my new account. I was still logged in as my old one, and when I logged in as my new one I was Mckenzie (Old) and Mckenzie2 (new) I also got this message in red on the home page:
joomla_ext User Update: Email Conflict. UserID: 95289 JFusionPlugin: joomla_ext     I logged back in the game, it still wouldn't let me log in. I went to present maker, everything was fine. So I tried again, it still didn't work. I can't create a new account because I used all my emails and I cant create another. Any advice how to get this buggy glitchy thingie off so I can play? Dx

Which problem? I only fixed the 2 accounts at the same time. I'm still working on the other. I think you might have the same password of somebody else if that happens. Try changing your password.

*cough nope that doesn't help I tried it I just get that error *cough*

I had to make a whole new account (this one).  Try to keep to only letters and numbers for Username and password.

I did, no symbals or anything.
