The Home Page Login?

The Username and Password Login located in the top right hand corner, will NOT let me log in.. Is it suppose to do that?
It says I must be apart of members or users, something like that.. are you not allowed to log in there or something?

Unfortuantly that is an issue quite a few people seem to have, but I'm not sure what causes it. I can log in there, but I used to not be able to.

Yeah, I guess its just something that doesn't work at all times, I dunno. I just have to log in to the forums login but that is all it will let me do XD
