I'm just wondering.

It doesn't fail that everyday I come to the Grounds and say anything at all-- somebody calls me salty in one form or another. They ridicule me, bash on me and do everything in their power to make me leave. Am I not allowed in that map or something? I know I get a tad irritated at times but that doesn't explain being treated that way on the days that I want to have fun.

I suppose this is more of rant. It's getting really hard to take it as a joke nowadays. Sure, it's Local chat and they have every right to say what they want but I seem to be the only one being targeted. Is anybody else going through this or am I just "fresh meat"?

Sure, it's an online game. There's jerks everywhere-- but I seriously can't wrap my head around this. It's become so hard for me to have a good time on this game and the only thing that's helping me hold on is some good friends I met. Now I'm beginning to leave I can leave at any time and have fun.

I really don't understand.

And watch-- those people somehow watch the forums and see this and think I'm the saltiest thing alive. No, I'm upset. It actually hurts me, you know. I'm an emotional wreck and I can't help it.

Truly, my friends and Morgra's livestreams are the only aspects keeping me on this game. --And the role-plays if I manage to hit one. So, here's my question: do ya'll want me to leave the game or something? Because I suppose I can play Dragon's Den and try to have fun. This has been happening-- I kid you not-- every day for a week now. That isn't a lot but it still shouldn't happen. It used to be the same person but now another one sprouted up. Fantastic.

Hmm... I haven't been to the Grounds too often. Sometimes gets too laggy for me.

It's like this place is turning into tumblr at times. If someone can't take a light-hearted joke, it's their problem not yours. They seem to take it too personal. As long as you don't break any of the rules, you should be fine.
I wouldn't leave the FH community because of it. Don't let them bring you down over some little misunderstandings.

Aye, I highly doubt anyone has a cult. People just like to pick on others for "fun." And it's quite sad to see. I wouldn't take it to heart honestly, because there are plenty of other people that do like you! I have no issue with you at all, and people honestly need to just stop.

I know how this may feel for you and at some points in the day there just are some rude sounding people roaming The Grounds. Depends on when you show up maybe?

I wouldn't take it to heart, it happens with nearly everybody if you give an opinion even and someone else doesn't like it.
If it continues, maybe contact a Staff with usernames? I'm always here to talk as well!

Yes, but I suppose they're joking and I'm taking their light joking to heart. Still, it's hard not to let them get to me sometimes. I know I get salty, too, but I keep my mouth shut more than half of the time. There's an Overwatch roleplay in the Grounds everyday and I don't like Overwatch at all-- yet do you see me hating on them? No. I actually talk with them every now and then. But people have this tendency to jump into conversations they don't belong in. True, there are some things that people say out loud that you can't help but react to but I'm not super interesting.

It angers me so much. I've had to leave the Grounds or move to a quiet end to get away from the commotion sometimes and every time I come back somebody has to rip on me. Do I know them? Not at all.

I know there's plenty of people who like and are okay with me but it's pretty petty to simply want to have fun and be mocked. I guess I'm taking it too personally by I wasn't asking for it. Most of it comes out of the blue. Heck, I joked about people using commas instead of periods like on Tumblr (example: Oh,,, wow,,,) because somebody did so and they called my salty although it was a joke. And then proceeded to talk behind my back when I left although I did nothing to them... //coughs

I wouldn't call it bullying. More of spontaneous tormenting for no specific reason simply because I actively talk in Local. I suppose bullying would be more on the lines of those who call me a booger. Yes, I spent twenty minutes perfecting my character to be called that. Ech. I have a word or two about a couple of character designs around here... //rolls up sleeves

Still, thank you. I don't block people often-- especially since some of them like to talk about me when I leave. Also, those who hate on me tend to talk a lot and I hate being confused about who is talking to who. It's just my personal preference. If they were causing pure chaos then I would block them.

I highly doubt that. I don't know anybody besides a third grader who would call somebody names to have a friendly conversation. Especially since all they say is that I'm salty, I look hideous, or anything else and then continue talking to their friends.

I guess I should just never talk, aye? It seems like that at some points. Though, there will always be a ton of big things happening in the Grounds among tons of people and other fandoms yet nobody rips on them. Oh, shoot, I talk to my friend Zim? Look at this idiot, amirite?

Usually when I see something that makes me angry I type //gets gun -- and nothing more. Nobody knows what it's directed to most the time and nobody hardly cares. It doesn't hurt or cause any fights, either. Eh, but I'm one of the punching bags I assume.

And I'm not a hundred percent on contacting the staff. It'll only be stored as half of a warning and may press on a full warning or more in the future but that may never happen. Plus, hardly anybody learns from warnings. I mean-- I'm sure all of you have seen the red text and then Local goes literally insane, acting crazier than what they did in the first place to have that happen.

Though, I'm just very negative. Thank you, though.

I was diagnosed with major depression at eleven years old though I never use this mental illness as an excuse for crying over nothing. True, I have every right to be upset but is it really necessary to be shedding tears... every day because of this game? No. You'd think since this is the hundredth time I'd learn to get used to it. The last one I stayed fine for a couple minutes but then entirely broke. Being a hormonal teenager isn't fun and there isn't anything I hate more than crying.

Sure but if my mother walked in and tried her methods of comforting me I assure you I would be even worse by the end of the day. I also have another thought in mind that I will not say out loud simply because everybody here will disagree with it.

Anyway, thank you. Flippy is his name and he's not my character though I use him everyday, helplessly scavenging of role-plays of any kind just to amuse myself. Tsh, everybody seems to die when I step into the game, though.

But it's really hard to ignore them. I also take offense if it's directed towards Flippy because he's my favorite character as of now and him being called a green turd, a rotten pickle, and a salty edge-lord only pushed me one step closer to wanting to break somebody's nose.

I also need to update that icon, but thank you.
