Feral Heart

My friend, iWild, is having problems getting the game to work. She downloaded it properly earlier today, around 2 or 3PM, and i know as she sent me a friend request. At that point, she accidentally closed out the game, and hasn't been able to load properly since, whenever she clicks on her desktop icon.

After she clicks on the icon, she gets the first black box where the white text comes up, and the box closes out again; thats normal i suppose as both me and another friend get it as well.

After that, she gets a white box with the screen resolution and such, This is what pops up;

Is their something here that needs to be changed?

She then clicks OK, and a black box appears. For me, i usually get the drawing of the lion-thing, and the sponsors, then the log in page for the game.  However, iWild only gets the black box, then everything closes out, and nothing happens until she clicks over the icon, and restarts it, only to have this happen again.

If their was something else like this, and i'm posting when i should be reading, I'm very sorry, just joined yesterday. Any help is appreciated, as i have tried just about everything that i can think of, as well as my olther friend who has been here for roughly a year.
