Site/Forum Help / Re: Is any part of the web setup a virus/trojan?
« on: July 17, 2017, 11:39:12 am »
Just a quick query, my lovelies - has anyone been fine using online banking? I kinda rely on it. The 7zip thing upon Googling came up with a potential to be a/be infected with a keystroke stealing trojan!

Thank you for all of your help. Feralheart has come on leaps and bounds since I last played it!
Someone also might have to guide me in terms of resource packs? Half the people I see on FH are a blank white xD.

Thank you! <3

inb4 16+ replies, just adding my two cents into this.
I wouldn't recommened using norton antivirus, it's pretty much a trojan all in itself. Avast and Malwarebytes are the best, mate.

I've had absolutely zero problems with Norton. Does the job and does so very well.

Dudes, I installed it in a awkward places so I'm guessing the game was trying but failing to find graphical resources lol.

It doesn't like being installed in "Program Files (x86)".

Woohoo! All up and running with no malicious signs yet.

I just can't get into the game. It says "connection to front server failed". Help? xD

Thank you for the reassurance, Morgra. :)

I have anxiety, so downloading games can be really testing for me!

I questioned the 7zipsfx.000 that came up in the Command Prompt dialogue the most - Googling this revealed links to Trojan malware that copies keystrokes and steals banking info! Obviously not something I want.

Norton and Advanced SystemCare turned up nothing, so I'll try a web setup again. Thanks!
