um every time i log in it uses my real name even if i type my username so i dont get that, i type in my user-name, go on the forums but it has my realy name not my account name, also im losing characters, 2 off my characters blizzard and thunder have been in the cape of distant worlds, if i try to leave it to go to the Fluorite Plains it has that loading image but then it stuck there.

Go to profile, Account related settings and choose a new name.
Also, I think you should wait until the maps aren't so busy. There are a lot of people playing, so it might be hard to get online.
