How to put a pic how do you do it you write some thing and under it theres a pic how?

Right click on the picture you want, then choose 'Copy Image URL'.
Now paste the URL between the IMG codes.

The URL is the location. For example, the URL to FeralHeart's index is www.feral-heart.com/index.php

It also helps if the picture has been uploaded somewhere.

Try Right clicking, then hitting "View properties"

From there, copy and past the URL in (As Rammy said) in the img.

Looks like you got the profile picture worked out. To change the text under it, go to the "profile" tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to "Forum Profile Information" and from there you can change what is called "personal text" which is the text under your picture. c:

Profile Pictures:
1. Find the image you want as your profile picture.
2. Right click the image and then click "Copy Image URL," or for some browsers it's "Copy Image Link"
3. Go to Profile, then Forum Profile Information, and then check the circle that says, "I have my own pic," and then right click the blank next to it and then click "Paste."
4. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click "Change Profile."

Signatures:
Basically the same as profile pic,
1. Find the image and copy the URL.
2. Go to Profile and then Forum Profile Information, then find the signature box.
3. Write,

4. In between the ] and [ brackets, right click and paste the URL.
It should look like this:
