Character reset? (Nevermind)

I don't know how long it's been there, but only just now did I notice this thing in the yellow box next to the scrolling FeralHeart pictures that says 'Character Reset'. I'm just wondering what this is, its purpose, how long it's been there and if I'm really so unobservant not to notice it after a certain amount of time. XD
My apologies if a thread has already been made about this. There's a heck of a lot to look through.

This is a new function added by Razmirz not long ago at all.

Pretty much lets any user reset the home and go home of any character, this will hopefully be very welcome for most users in the community, such as when you have a custom map that stops working or other issues such as lag. Instead of needing to wait for a server restart it's just to log on the site and fix it yourself for the time being.

Always check the help boards before you post. And this goes there too btw, but I'll leave it here for a bit so you won't misplace the thread before seeing the answer.
