can't use login/user panel page?

i can log in to my actual account just fine, but when it comes to trying to log into the user panel page or login page that lets me actually play the game, the page will just refresh and keep me on the login page with my username and password still there? i'm pretty sure that this is just because i may have accidentally activated my account a second time by mistake and there's an extra account, though if it is i'm not sure what to do since this is the account i'm logged into when i enter my details.

I think you are right as to the reason for this. I looked up your username in the Member Search here on the forums and found three accounts with the same name. Links are here:

- Your current hyaenidae account with 2 forum posts
- Second hyaenidae account
- Third hyaenidae account

This seems like an issue with our activation system that it somehow let your account be created more than once. I will look into possible solutions for this for you. ^^ I'm thinking it may require the other two accounts to be deleted in order for your user panel to work properly.

Okay, see if it works now. We had the two duplicate accounts deleted.

(sorry i took so long to reply) when i enter my details into the login/user panel page it still just refreshes and keeps my details there? i'm not really sure what else it could be

This happens when web browsers sometimes have ...i forget the setting.  But sometimes people with more than one web browser switch to another one & it works fine.  i used to know which setting it was too...

the same thing happen to me I can't login I can't change my username or password i tried all browsers and on my phone i might delete my account that if it will let me do that plz help me!!!! and i can't make a post
