Ok, Ok, there are a lot of topics with this. But are there any specific hours that my friend should check the site for registration? We've been waiting and waiting, refreshing and refreshing but eh.. Nothing. If anyone knows any times, tell me ASAP!

Registration are opened and closed at random times, you'll have to keep on checking.

As Silver stated, there is no specific time for the registrations to be opened, not even the staff know. ~
The only thing your friend can do is wait.

It's probably going to take more than an hour, be prepared for that.. It could take up to days or weeks. Don't stare at it, check it every hour or so..
I spend a lot of time on the forum and I have only caught the registration open three - five times since it was changed.
It is completely random and doesn't seem to be open for very long.

Just so I get the idea- has the registration been closed (or only opened at limited times) because of the amount of people playing the game? I've realised the more people in a map, the more laggy it becomes, and sometimes it even results in Bad Tokens......am I right?

I have to admit though, I think the server will get to a point where he'll have to close the registrations for permanent, but keep accounts open for people who leave, and then replace them with new accounts for new people.
A bit like if someone signs out of FH completely, then a new person can make an account in the new slot.
