Need serious help !!

When I try to login with the yellow box at the top right corner of the page it says this... 'joomla_int Session Create: You do not have access to this page! Your usergroup is Public Frontend. As a minimum, you should be a member of USERS.'

I need to login with the yellow box so I can reset my characters home and at the moment I'm stuck logging in with the white boxes which does not allow me to change my chars home... So does anyone know how to fix my problem... Please help... Please?? ):

I'm afraid this is a bug related to your account, and as far as I've seen there's no solution to bypass this.

You either need to create a backup character to use, or another account that lets you access that part of the site. Sorry
