Help anyone, I can't login In-game to FeralHeart. It gives the 5 failed attemps is a 15 minute ban, I don't know what to do.. And I made this account for a friend, I already have my own, I want to get it to her soon!

1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Ohh, I tried all those. None seemed to work, and maybe I forgot to verify my email. I can't find anywhere where it says something like; "Click to send a verification email".

When you registered for your account on the site you usually get a message telling you to check your email for a verification link to activate your account. If you never activated that link in your email then that's probably why the game isn't recognizing your log in. In that case I'll send you a message in your inbox to help you further.

Your username is too long for the game, it can only handle 16 characters of length tops and checking your profile it's not at or below that limit, I'm afraid it's something that isn't fixable unless you register a new account with less characters in it's name.
