Can't login the web / game.

Hi everyone.

My friend have a problem, he wants to login in the web of the game and he can't, the page doesn't load. So, for this problem he can't even login in the game. I don't know what the problem is and I was wondering if someone here can help me with this, pls.

They can try the following options:
Checking their proxies.. I believe you need to have them off..
Making sure that the firewall isn't preventing the page to load..
Try logging into another browser and seeing if that works.
I'm sure there's more but that's what I get from the top of my head. They can also try logging into the game from a mobile device and seeing if that does anything.
Keep in mind that you would have to log in to the page twice because it refreshes after the first time.

Make sure the connection isn't dropping as the page is loading, try and reload it or open it in another tab.


Trying different browsers works as well.

What do you mean by the page doesn't load? Could you elaborate on the issue? ^^
Is it showing the Username and Password input boxes?

Yes, it shows the Username and Password input boxes, but when my friend fills them and clicks to enter the page doesn't redirect him and he can't enter the game or the web page.

Would your friend be willing to allow you to PM their username to staff so that we can check and see if there's anything wrong with the account? It's possible that his account was deleted, became inactive, was improperly activated, etc., but I need to know the username in order to check it out. c:
