when i go to click on feral heart it says windows cannot open this file. so i redownloaded it and it said the same thing. someone please help!!

ok, i have WinRaR and my computer already putFH+ in a folder for me. when i got to my character list the back round is all black. the same goes for when im in the game please help i followed instructions numerous times
