This is quite an interesting question.
Like stated from the others above, I would use it only if needed. For example, if there was improper and disrespectful behaviour, inappropriate language, etc. I would use it to put them in line so they could reduce their chances of major consequences.

I'd probably only do that if it was April Fools Day, but like the others said above, probably use it if a situation is getting out of hand or if a bunch of people are asking the same question about a Feralheart subject (like "when will the game be updated?" [even though it most likely won't] or "why did everyone crash in a certain map?").
