"Yumi." Kat nodded to her. When the masked girl started to walk away, Kat followed, and, always being the social beetle, tried to continue the conversation. "So," She addressed Yumi, "What do you do? Generally, I mix chemicals and experiment with various solutions. My boss... he never comes out of his dark household, so I pay a visit and give him the solution so he can do whatever he wants with it."

"Ah." was Kat's simple answer. She walked next to the girl in silence for a little while, watching as Yumi ran a hand over her blades. "Say. Is there a reason why you wear a mask?"

     She blinked. "Can't have random people knowing my face. I can get into serious trouble for my job, you know."

Kat nodded, understanding. "While I take the risk..." She sighed. "My boss... he's albino, so generally everybody knows him, since there aren't too many albinos in town. You should know who he is-- Gerald Martin. Recognize the name? Anyways, I would show you the lab, where I work. He has found a gem, a small blue one, and he believes that it is from this legend, and anybody who touches this gem get possessed and blah blah blah and everything that's silly nonsense. You can get why I'm telling you this... because it's all plain nonsense. I don't care what he thinks." Kat shrugged. "I'll show you it, if you want."
