Addertrap was on his belly sunning on a warm rock. Gingerfur, the other elder, joined him. He mewed lazily at Gingerfur, "Hey, Gingerfur." She nodded a hello and he lay back down, and went to sleep, the rock warming him. He had a great dream, he was chasing a rabbit down a meadow. He caught the rabbit and began to eat it.
Stormrunner was sorting through the herbs. He was placing the herbs in neat little pyramids, with the freshest, best herbs on the top. After finishing the last herb pyramid, he backed up and smiled. Lizardleap sure would be proud. He walked out to check on a patient who had a thorn in his pad. He took some marigold from the pile, and chew it up. He spit the pulp on the cats paw, and rubbed it in using a leaf. He then took a bit of cobwebs and placed it on the pulp to keep it on. "Try not to walk on this foot, and don't go hunting or patrolling for a day or two, until it stops hurting all together. The patient nodded and limped out.
