Two mods actually appeared in game and we got it taken care of

I agree also, the mods have it under control. All we gotta do is NOT pester the mods to fix the game faster and then just do random stuff on ze computer, or get of the computer.

Seeing as people keep replying to this thread, some with mature insight, some with the same ol' nonsense responses, I don't think that's going to happen.
If all communities or "customer service" if you wanna call it could work that easily, things would be a lot smoother and a lot less stressful.
Kinda really wish people listened to the stuff I said, because I noticed people after me either repeating me or asking questions that I (or others) already gave answers to LOL

For what its worth, Abyssal, i much agree with your insight. Actually found out what happened through your posts.. What do you feel about IP banning? It at least eliminates one machine from contacting the game.

IP banning is sadly the strongest thing anyone can do. Unless they can delete accounts...
IP banning only goes so far though. While it may stop multiple computers on the same general network area, the hackers could get smart and just use a public network at say a library or McDonald's or something where it wont matter.

I'm actually in CS right now, I looked the game up after hearing about this since I never heard of it..it's a nice game but some ridiculous kid came into it saying how stupid and terrible it was, cursed out me and another player, and is just going crazy with immaturity and needless hate..They seem convinced CS did this even though they didn't. I'd get screenies and report this brat to the CS admins but I can't register on their forum for some reason.

I'm hoping this mess gets solved for the sake of EVERYONE because clearly this is what the hackers wanted - a "war" between communities, and it's sad how the most immature ones speak out the most and make the problem worse with ignorance and disrespect.

May I ask for the person's username? Could you PM me it, so that I can resolve this issue?

Any ETA on the servers? Not tryin' to rush (rather take time doing things right once than several wrongs)

Raz is having to juggle his own work alongside coding up some preventative security measures, but we should have the main server back up sometime this weekend. If not, though, we assure it'll be worth the wait if it means you guys can play safely and securely. c:

I agree with White.
As I said before, all IT server staff members range from 15 to almost 30. Well, most do. Point is, many of them have school, college, jobs, families...they have obligations. It is very understandable that the game will take a while.

even though this has been mentioned before. I am still confused why would someone hack feral heart. No one would have anything to gain from hacking this, not many people know about and it is just a role playing game. If they just did it out of pure hatred, it isn't new but. I still find it one of the least worthy reasons to hack something. Hacking something everybody loves isn't going to make you feel better! Watching people suffer is not going to make you feel better! (Rants XD)

Omg was it that ___ guy,their characters were all weird and they kept repeating it wasnt hacking.....

If their characters were black and green and we really short and/or really skinny beyond the FH scales then yes, those were the hackers.
