Is there going to be like, new things with security on the server? I know they can't do much to alter the game without the source code, but enough to just patch a few holes the hackers got into?

Most likely yes. That's why it has been closed for a few days.

As for more damage, nothing much, really. The server was merely taken down by staff to work on security.

I just figured I would ask, to keep on top of things. I usually don't use my forum account, just keep it there handy. But I have to say, this thread should be quite helpful to everyone. I'm sure Feral Heart will be up and running soon enough, and much safer.

As will a lot of people. I'd suggest doing something fun to pass the time while the server's down. Read a book, watch a movie or tv series, take a walk, play another game. Anything, really. It really helps to keep yourself occupied.

Eventually, yes. At this point, we just need to wait and let the staff do their thing.
There's no estimated time of when the server will be back up and running, just know that it's being worked on and may take days up to weeks.
