Does punctuation in your username affect if presets will export or not?

So, after I made many presets in many different folders & tried to export them all (at different times), they didn't export. I have tried fixing all the files to the right name & such. The only thing that I don't know about is the username thing, which I found out about in another post. My username has two *'s NO caps & NO spaces. If what I read is true I'd like  to change my username to LoftwingLove or if caps do affect presets just loftwinglove (I would just make a new account but the registration is never open anymore). Thanks

I am not 100% sure about this, I know that "." won't do anything, but I've had friends with "-" or "|" that have been unable to export their presets.

I'm sure someone who knows for sure will comment soon.

Though, when it comes to the username, I believe you'd have to wait for the registration to open up.

I've seen some posts by people who got their username changed by admins. Thanks for telling me some punctuation that works and doesn't work.

A few that I know that don't work: ':' , '-' , '~' , or '|'.
It's just that files can't save like that. Trust me. I've tried. And as for changing usernames, you can't, unless you make a new account.
