I'm new, looking to try old games and I am trying to get into the game but it says "failed to join front server"

Have you downloaded the patch? If you installed setup (https://static.feral-heart.com/FHSetup1.17.exe) you have to download patch and replace it with old .exe file. Try this: https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=68059.0

I have the same issue! Whenever I download the patch my antivirus freaks out and automatically uninstalls it.

If you have Windows, turning off firewall in settings may help.

You can't download patch itself or don't know how to install it (replace in folder, etc.)?
