Do you have the .cfg file for this? Check for me and see what it says.
1. Go into your main FeralHeart folder.
2. Scroll until you see the file emoteHotkeys.
3. Open this using notepad (I suggest that, anyway. You can do this by rightclicking and hitting open. I it says that it cannot display the file, click on the option to search your computer for a proram to openit with. Choose notepad, and if you can't find it, Microsoft Word will do)
4. Just copy what it says and paste it here for me, or screenshot it. If you don't have this fie... well, we just found your problem.
It should say this:
