Game Help / Trying to install/start up the new update please help! (Never mind thanks!)

Haiii! I've been having trouble setting up the game. We installed Windows onto out mac to open .exes, and it fails! It gets to the point where you hit 'Play' on the rendering thingy, then it loads up feral heart to the loading screen and automadicatly it crashes!
Any help on how to install it for Mac or Windows?
