Game Help / Bad Reset Code for Password Change

Hello hello!

I have not played FH in ages, but recently a friend of mine wanted to get back into it, so I said I'd play with her!

Unfortunately, I don't remember my password off the top of my head- my browser automatically saved it, but FH itself didn't, and it doesn't look like I wrote it down somewhere.

I've tried to change it 3+ times via the email system, but each time I click on the link that I'm emailed, I get a black screen with yellow text that says "bad reset code".

Anyone have a fix, or some way for me to figure things out? Thank you!

Game Help / New Patch Problems

I don't seem to be the only one having this issue, so I was hoping someone could have managed to resolve it.

I keep being told that I'm supposed to update to the newest patch, despite already downloading the latest version available to my knowledge - I followed the download link to click and installed the version present at the bottom of the "downloads" page of the main website.

I have completely deleted and reinstalled Feral Heart three times, but I continually had this issue.
Once before I restarted my computer, two more after I restarted it to see the issue.
I run on a Windows operating system, if that would make any difference?

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions? I love FH very much, but at this point I'm concerned that I may not be able to play it.

Do I have the wrong link? Is there an update file that someone could send me?

Game Help / .material file renaming

Hello!
I have two presets that were originally meant to go in the preset_1 slot. I already have a character with the preset currently in there, so understandably I decided to just rename the second version of preset_1.material to a different preset (preset_6.material, if it matters). It didn't work.
Upon noticing it didn't work, I tried to transfer the secondary preset_1 into the preset_1 slot and transfer out the first prest. The second one still didn't work.
Is there something wrong with my preset? How do I fix it?

Game Help / Items not showing up on custom animations

Hello there!!
I recently downloaded animations for my FH game as I had been recommended them - they run smoothly and I'm very happy with them, but I can't see almost any of the items on my character (I can see the custom antlers, as they seem to be retextures of the ones that we're given on the start).

Is this an issue with my character? Should I delete and reinstall these animations? Should I just give up on them and dig up my standard canine and feline animations? This has happened on more than one character, what should I do?
