Getting Character Meshes in Maps?

In some maps, there are objects of someone's character, like in Kerrigan's map Renkou's Workshop. Kinda like this: http://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=7649.0
The characters are meshes. How do you do this?

Go to object maker and create a new mesh, type cbody1.mesh and Add new

If you want a feline type fbody1.mesh
