I keep getting this incorrect username or password as well but on the game not the webpage... I hope you get yours fix an if anyone also can help me ._. that would be awesome

Or, that you used numbers/symbols in your username/password, or you miss that the password is actually caps lock sensitive.

The numpad doesn't work inside the game and you have to use the numbers above the letters.

You should try again keeping this in mind.

If it doesn't work I'd suggest you to change password to something easier, and if that still fails, create a new account with just letters from a-z in both the username and password.

See if that works.

I'm having the same problem. The game always says that my username and password were incorrect even though they WERE correct. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting cookies, pretty much everying. Nothing I do seems to help.

Ok it might be hard but... Delete your account then make a new one OR make a new email then make a new account and if need be right down your password and user name XD hope this helps it seems it will be the only way to fix the problem - Adjazz
