Once I go into a certain area w/ character the game fails to connect to a server

Hey! I'm quite new to FeralHeart so hallo :3 But whenever I create a character, it works fine until I attempt to go into Fisho (Ficho?) cave my game just fails to connect to a server. Help?

Ficho was broken last night, no one could get into it. It's probably already fixed, and if not,It will be soon ^^

The thing is I can't play like... At ALL with that character anymore. I have to make a new one

You can go to Home and then click on User Panel and login, and simply go to that character and click on Go Home. Or reset home if the home of a character is in ficho
