Can't log into the game

Hello, just need some help so here is my question/problem.

Why can't I log into the game? I've been able to before but I just got a new laptop and had to install the game onto it again. (Tried downloading the patch, but I got an error that wasn't in the glitch board or I did not see it, if I didn't then I fail.)
Anyway, I had to uninstall the patch to install the game again. But as I stated before, I cannot log into the game. I even changed my Password today but still, it doesn't work.

So any suggestions that can help me out here?

Mine's working fine...Does it say 'Failed to log in. Try again(5 incorrent passwords, 15 minute ban)'?

If it's the same as what mine is doing, it just says the username or password is incorrect. It then warns about the ban, but doesn't actually ban you. I've tried it ten times and it has yet to kick me or whatever.

Yes I do. Am I not supposed to?

  FH has a little difficulty with numbers. It can't pick up the numpad for some reason, so any numbers typed with the numpad are seen as blank. Only use the numbers that sit above the letters on the keyboard.

I'm on a laptop that doesn't have a numberpad XD It registers that the numbers are there (i.e. the asterisks show).

  Oh, the asterix's show, there is just no number there, like hitting the space bar. But seeing as you have a laptop the numberpad isn't an issue XD

Nope. Just letters and numbers.
