Weather Cycle

I've been wanting to create a weather cycle for my map for a while now but I'm not exactly sure how.
Any one want to give me a tutorial? (:

Its quite easy.. Somehow i got into doing it once. o-O

Please make sure you are posting in the correct thread. Weather Cycles don't really have anything to do with the Site or Forum; I believe this belongs in Game Help.
