The eyelashes on your canine are the most creative I've seen, and it adds a unique
sense of stylized art. The way the mouth/lips are positioned are a bit wonky, but all in all the head seems good.
As for improvement, draw for at least an hour a day, time yourself on quick gesture sketches, use reference pictures
of real-life animals, and on top of all, try drawing in multiple styles until you find your own.
