I can't get on my account in feral-heart

I literally can't get on feral-heart when I try to log in to see my characters. I have the right username and password, but it won't let me on. It says my password is incorrect, but I knew it was. I can get on my account on this site, but not on the game. What's wrong with it?

more likely, I think you should try either changing your password, I couldn't log-in after finding out something was wrong with this account(long story) I could log into the game itself...just not on the site.

Same thing that happend to me and now ive been on it says ive been banned now and im confuesed i never said or did enything to get banned
