Cannot connect to front server

I can't connect to the front server.
I downloaded the patch, checked my internet, re downloaded the patch and the game, let FeralHearts through my firewall and it still won't connect!
It says that the server is online.
Can someone help me?

Are you sure you have tried everything? Maybe your connection is too weak to connect to the server with over 500 players online, even if it's online.

The internet's got all the bars.
The offline button isn't on, which means it's online.

Im having the problem on my computer. Ive let it through my firewall still nothing, therefor I decided to turn my firewall off completely, STILL nothing, Ive searched far and wide and I cant play, Im disappointed as my internet WAS bad, but it working today ultra fast compared to normal. It wont even let me on when there is 200 players . Im just very disappointed, Ive missed this game because my brother broke my old laptop, and after about a year or so, I got a desktop, dun dun dun, Feral Heart wont work .
