Well, I found the fix!
You will need a backup of FH beforehand that has all of your mods and other things if you have that. Otherwise this will not work.
1. Go to where your map is located (the .zip file)
2. Get your FH installer ready to install.
3. Make a new folder called 'FH Vanilla'.
4. Install another FH into the FH Vanilla folder.
5. Install the map into 'exports' (in your Vanilla FH Folder).
6. Install your modded FH into your FH Vanilla folder, but do not install your modded 'exports'. That's already has all of the files in it.
7. Play!
If you guys have any questions/need screenshots, I'll be happy to provide those, but yes, you do need an already modded FH back-up.
