[SOLVED] Original media files?

Some time ago, I downloaded a mod that replaced the original Materials, Objects, Particles, Items and Sky media files. Now I don't want the mod anymore, and I need the original media files back to not have the mod anymore. Also, I didn't back up my files so, how can I get those original files back?
Also, if I tried to re-download the whole game, it would take about 2 - 5 hours or so and I'd lose all of the maps etc I have downloaded.
