Meeepp, account problems?

Hellllooooo :3. So today me and my friends saw that sign ups were open, so they decided to make accounts so we could all play together. Well, one of them can access their account and play on it, but the other one can't seem to log on to the actual game. However she can log into the website just fine...*Confuzzled*. I'm pretty new to this game, so I'm no expert . We're just totally lost. Help please? Thanks ^.^

actually the game is worldwide pretty much. i ain't from the us and i can access feral heart not a problem at all. also my girlfriend is from the uk she can also access her account alright as well and there are a lot of people that are outside the us that are on feral heart as well.
